Adding or changing roommates

You can add a roommate at any time.  

Roommate changes are often possible, but are subject to the resort's then-existing polices and are made at their discretion. Typically if you are more than 60-90 days out, roommate changes are not a problem. Once the room is paid in full, the resort may not allow any changes without the resort's change waiver. 

To add or change roommates, please submit the registration update/change form and Concations staff will respond quickly. If additional fees apply, you will receive an updated invoice.
