If you no longer want to share a room with your original roommate or partner, you have the following options:
- One of the roommates can move to a new room, subject to availability, and pay the additional costs.
- Both partners have the option of being in a single room (subject to room availability) or adding one or two new roommates.
- The additional costs will depend on the room category and the number of people in each room.
- If everyone agrees, one roommate may be replaced with a new person. This option is subject to resort rules and approval, and is not always available.
- One roommate may cancel.
- The remaining roommate may change to a single room or add one or two new roommates.
- If the new room costs less than the original booking, no refund is available.
- If the total cost of the new room is more than the original booking, the difference must be paid immediately to effectuate the change.
- The resort approves all change requests at its discretion and subject to its then-existing policies. We do not have control over their decisions but we will make our best effort to accommodate your requests.
Please submit a ticket or email us at support@concations.com immediately if you are faced with any of these scenarios. The sooner you message us, the better chance we have to help you.
If you are ready to make a change, including a roommate change, change room category types, cancel one roommate and change to a single, etc., you start that process by submitting the reservation change form.
If you have the change for any reason waiver, you have the option to cancel this trip and use the credits in the future. If you want you can also rebook a single room - using this option preserves the full value of the room portion of your registration fees. This is a good option if you are planning to return to a future event or resort stay.
