What Happens After you Register:
The Kinky Caribbean staff will check with the resort and confirm your room type availability for your selected dates.
Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice with your confirmed details (typically within 1-2 days).
If your chosen room types are not available, we will offer your second or third choice room type if available. if not, you will be given other options such as a different room type or a waitlist.
When you get your invoice, you should pay the total within 24 hours.
YOUR ROOM IS ON HOLD FOR 24 HOURS
- Please pay your invoice upon receipt.
- If you are not able to pay within 24 hours, please message support@concations.com.
- Once your room category is sold out, you will have the option to book a more or less expensive category if available.
- If the resort is sold out, you will be added to a wait list.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Concations accepts the following payment types:
- Credit/debit card
- Zelle
- ACH bank transfer
- Check
A convenience fee will be added to you invoice total for payments by ACH (1%) and Credit/debit card (3%).
FLIGHTS:
- Until you receive your confirmation you should not book airfare. Once you are confirmed, you can book your flight and fill out the flight Info form (we need this to confirm your bus transfer and to be there for you when you check in). We need this to confirm your bus transfer, to be there for you when you check in, and to plan event programming)
- BOOK YOUR FLIGHT TO MONTEGO BAY (MBJ) ( not Kingston)
CHECK YOUR BOOKING INFO
- Make sure your booking info on your registration form and airline reservation MATCHES YOUR PASSPORT INFORMATION EXACTLY.
- TSA (Transportation Security Administration) can deny boarding and the resort can deny entry if they do not match.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND/CREDITS: PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
- THE RESORT CHANGE FOR ANY REASON WAIVER IS RECOMMENED***
- If you opted out of the waiver, you have 7 days to add it. Email Support@concations.com..

PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED
- Check your expiration date now!
- Make sure your passport is not going to expire during your travel dates!
- Please do not wait to get or renew a passport as it can sometimes take months.

- Change arrival and/or departure dates
- Change room category type
- Change payment method
