YOUR ROOM IS ON HOLD FOR 24 HOURS

  • Because the resort rooms tend to sell out this time of year, we can only hold your room for a short period of time. Therefore, you should pay your invoice upon receipt. 
  • If we do not receive your deposit payment within 48 hours, we may need to release your room. You can still pay later if the room is still available. Once your room category is sold out, you will have the option to book a more or less expensive category if available. 
  • If the resort is sold out, you will be added to a wait list.

Deposits are $400 per room (or $600 for triple room). 


The normal payment schedule is 50% of your balance in 60 days, with payment in full within 120 days, or February 1, 2024 (which ever is earlier). After February first, your room will be forfeited. 

Deposit payments are non-refundable, but all payments after the deposit are refundable until December 31, 2023 less any cc/convivence fees paid. However, you can obtain the resort's "Change For Any Reason Waiver" which gives you a credit for the room portion of your total invoice and allows you to rebook within a year.  If the resort waiver is not included on your invoice, then you do not have it. You have 7 days to purchase the waiver from your initial booking. You can purchase the wavier here. We highly recommend the same. There are no refunds of any payments made after December 31, 2023.
