My partner and I are paid in full, but we broke up. I need a new roommate. What are my options?

If you no longer want to share a room with your original roommate or partner, you have the following options:

  1. One of the roommates can move to a new room, subject to availability, and pay the additional costs.
    • Both partners have the option of being in a single or adding one or two new roommates.
    • The additional costs will depend on the room category and the number of people in each room.
  2. If everyone agrees, one roommate may be replaced with a new person. This option is subject to resort rules and approval, and is not always available.
  3. One roommate may cancel
    • The remaining roommate may change to a single room or add one or two new roommates.
    • If the new room costs less than the original booking, no refund is available.
    • The resort approves all change requests at its discretion and subject to its then-existing policies.

If you have the change for any reason waiver, you have the option to cancel this trip and use the credits in the future. If you want you can also rebook a single room - using this option preserves the full value of your trip. This is a good option if you are planning to return to a future event or resort stay.
