Yes, it almost certainly will, BUT definitely check with your carrier to see if Jamaica is included in your data, phone and texting plan. Plans vary widely. Some carriers will let you add an international plan that will cover Jamaica for the week for a small fee, but if you don't do that, you might end up paying a ton of money for using your phone there.
