How many people can register? Will it sell out? Is there a wait list?

We have just enough rooms at the hotel reserved to accommodate a small number guests, as the hotel will likely be sold out during this time. Since the hotel often sells out or sells most of its rooms this time of year almost a year in advance to groups, spots do sometimes open up as life happens and people cancel. If that happens there will be a wait list.

As always, if you want to attend we suggest that you book as soon as possible. Even if there are rooms available, the more popularly room category types (such as the lower-cost rooms and the ocean-view Jacuzzi rooms) often sell out quickly.
