COVID

Safety is always a primary concern at Concations events. We have, and will continue to carefully consider COVID related issues.

Kinky Caribbean intends to follow the legal requirements and the resort policies at the time of the event. The resort, which is an open air, mostly all outdoor facility, has in the past had stringent COVID protocols, then released them when vaccinations became widely available in Jamaica and transmission, severity, and risks dropped significantly. The resort continues to take extra precautions regarding COVID, especially with regard to food preparation and handling; but with everything else, these polices are fluid and change with current needs and circumstances. To learn more about the resort's current polices, check their updated website information here

If the COVID situation changes at the time of the event we will reevaluate. Our evaluation process always has and will include consultation with physicians and health care professionals and review of the then-existing laws and Jamaican health ministry guidelines. Our guests, of course, will always have to make a decision that is best for them given the risks of COVID and the effect on them. The risk of transmission varies for each individual and their personal choices, and each individual can make choices that is best for them, including what level of interaction is appropriate.
