Are there Volunteer and Staff Positions available?

Yes! We usually have a number of staff at our events. Being on our volunteer staff team is pretty easy and a low-burden role. It generally won't prevent you from attending the workshops and event activities that you want to attend. 

Typical staff duties may include set up/tear down (which is minimal for our events), check-in, event & workshop staffing, play space monitor, and other general assistance as needed. While staff roles vary, most staff typically don’t put in more than 4-6 hours over the course of the week depending on what the role is, the needs of the event, and how many staff are present. But that could basically mean just being present at an event or workshop you were already planning to attend anyway. 

Exact duties of each staff are discussed and agreed on prior to booking. Staff get discounts and sometimes other perks, typically a $200 discount per person. Another added perk is the ability to meet people on the staff team prior to the event and during the event at our staff meeting! We have found that most staff members want to do it again the next year :)
