Jamaica has decriminalized the possession of weed and has legalized its use for religious and medicinal purposes.
There is a medical dispensary located at Hedo .
Unless you are exempt for legal purpose, possession of up to two ounces is a petty offense that could result in a roughly $5 ticket but not in an arrest or criminal record. Most taxi drives sell "ganja" illegally as it is referred as in Jamaica.
As with alcohol consumption, our policy is that you are not to use our play space or otherwise participate in a scene while intoxicated. Please make safety your top priority, and be courteous to others.
